The University of Hawai‘i at Manoa's Marine Biology PhD Program is the latest addition to ARCS Scholar Award programs. At its January 2024 meeting in Honolulu, the National Board okayed Marine Biology as an ARCS-approved discipline and approved UH's interdisciplinary program for ARCS Awards. They program is run jointly by UH Manoa's College of Natural Sciences and School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology.
