Mānoa Heritage Center is a 3.5-acre living classroom dedicated to promoting an understanding of Hawaiʻi’s cultural and natural heritage. It features Kūkaʻōʻō Heiau, the only reconstructed ancient Hawaiian temple in the ahupuaʻa of Waikīkī, surrounding gardens of rare Native Hawaiian and Polynesian plants, and Kūali‘i, the Cooke Family home. Look for the Warrior visitor sign on O‘ahu Ave. indicating the entrance to the private driveway; Comfortable footwear and rain gear recommended.
